Intense ruby red colour when the wine is young but tending to become garnet-red with ageing
Vinous, floral and fruity and Whit ageing it become full with hits of liquorice
Round ,whit a good structure and slightly tannic.
uncork one hour before serving. Ideal with most savoury dishes from the Piedmontese cuisine, especially Tajarin , ravioli al “plin” , red meats, strong cheeses and game.
