The wine cellarWe always look ahead whilst appreciating our past
Our cellar has grown and developed with us, our family and our home. Since the very beginning the places where the wine is produced, stored and aged have always been situated beside our house and home. Over the years we realised that the then sufficient space, was no longer adequate to our vision of the future, so we had to make expansions, but always with the clear decision to never abandon our origins. For this very same reason, we decided to readapt our external premises in order to host new ones designated to the wine production, storage, bottling and ageing. The original large external room once used for wine production, has been transformed to host wine tastings.

“A country means not being alone, knowing that in the people, in the plants, in the earth there is something of yours, that even when you are not there it remains waiting for you» (Cesare Pavese, La luna e i falò)
Wood and steel: the perfect marriage
When we talk about wine, especially here in the Langhe, the schools of thought are endless; this is also the beauty of our work. However, there is one point on which we all agree: each wine must be aged in the appropriate cask. For this reason, traditional wooden barrels coexist in our cellars together with the most modern steel ones. Each wine has its own house, some wines change it according to age. Let us do it, when you uncork our bottles you will understand why that our choices are the ones suitable for your palate.
